Ministry of Economy adopts the following “Resolution on entering into the Register of persons who can conduct foreign trade in controlled goods”.
Montenegro Defence Industry from Podgorica is entered into the Register of persons who can conduct foreign trade of controlled goods, under the number: 220-001-2019.
Ministry of Economy has performed the review of the submitted documentation and determined that the mentioned company submitted the Application in accordance with the provisions of Article 13 paragraph 1 and 2 of the Law on foreign trade in arms and military equipment and in accordance with Rule book on the form of Application for entry into the Register of persons who can conduct foreign trade in controlled goods.
Furthermore, the stated company has submitted to this authority Statute of the Company, proof of payment of administrative fee, Statement of undertaking the obligation toward Ministry of Economy and other competent authorities to enable and assist in ispecting of business activity in the field of trade in controlled goods, and the Statement that the stated company agress that Ministry ex officio, obtains from Central Bank of Montenegro the evidence on the solvency of Applicant.
Ministry has obtained, ex officio, proof of competent authority that responsible person of the Applicant has not been convicted of the criminal offenses against constitutional order and security of Montenegro, criminal offenses against humanity and other values guaranteed by international law, criminal offenses against payment transactions and business operations, as well as of other criminal offenses with elements of violence and greed.
